He has represented institutional and private clients in property development and management and in securing the necessary governmental approvals and financing for their projects and in particular has assisted healthcare institutions in structuring real estate transactions.
Jack Cummiskey
Principal
A nationally recognized healthcare architect with over 30 years experience, Mr. Cummiskey has led the planning /design/project management services for many nationally acclaimed hospitals and academic health center projects and has served as chairman of the one of the country’s largest healthcare design firms. Mr. Cummiskey, as principal, has led the design and development of strategically important projects, at many, if not most of the NY region’s major medical centers. Mr. Cummiskey most recently served as Vice President, Regional Manager – Asia, Turner International.
Maurice E. LaBonne
Principal
With 40 years of real estate and facility development experience for non-profit institutions and over 30 years in healthcare, Mr. LaBonne has directed the development of a diverse portfolio of healthcare facilities in excess of $4 billion while leading the facility departments of three of the leading academic health systems in the NY region. He has been recognized as a leading expert in the planning and development of all types of hospitals and ambulatory care facilities. Mr. LaBonne has been responsible for aligning real estate strategy with health system plans directing site acquisition/leasehold structuring, financing, design, construction and facility operations for among the largest health care systems in the NY region.
Robert Pine

With over 25 years experience leading treasury operations for among the largest and most prominent health systems in the New York metropolitan area, Mr. Pine has been responsible for strategic financing initiatives, including debt management, public authority financing and commercial banking relation ships and related operations.
